Why I do what I do.

I’m Milan, and I really like tools, working with my hands, figuring things out, and helping people.

This has been a great match for dealing with our old house in Northside, our rental properties, and a huge old arts center building up in Wyoming. When I visit my in-laws, I volunteer to do things like repair a noisy fridge, put together a coffee table that fell apart, or hammer in deck nails that got pushed out from harsh Maine winters.

One of the things I love about Cincinnati and its various neighborhoods is its stock of cool old houses. My wife Sara and I used to drive to Cincy neighborhoods just to look at architecture (not so easy anymore with kids who are “bored”), and when we first started dating, we binge-watched This Old House on the weekends, including seasons of the show on VHS tapes from the library, way before Netflix. I joke that I invented binge-watching…

I enjoy having a variety of things to do, meeting new people, and hearing their stories. Most of all, I enjoy solving problems. Hopefully I’ll get to meet you, hear your story, and help you get your project back on track and in order! No job is too small, and no job is too big. If I can’t help, I’ll gladly point you in the right direction.
